Vietnam tour Da Lat – Buon Ma Thuot

Unlike other ethnic minorities in Vietnam, some groups in the Central Highlands, including Gia Rai, Ba Na do not have the practice of worshipping their ancestors and deceased persons. The bereaved only look after the tombs of the deceased for a period of three, five or seven years, and thereafter perform a leaving the tomb ceremony to bid farewell them to the village of the death, and the tomb is left unattended. The leaving tomb Festival is the most important one reserved for the deceased held by their family members. All the local villagers attend the festival that lasts for three or four days. Itinerary – Vietnam tour

Day 1: HCM city – Dalat (L)

Morning flight to Dalat. Welcome on arrival Dalat and transfer to hotel for check in. In the afternoon, visit Bao Dai Summer Palace, Datanla waterfall, Minh Tam Flower Garden. Overnight in Da Lat.

Day 2: Dalat full day city tour (B, L)

In the morning you will take an excursion to Lang Biang Mountain, return to Dalat for lunch, then visit 'Than Tho' Lake, 'Tinh Yeu' Valley, Hang Nga Crazy House and XQ Art Embroidery Garden. Overnight in Dalat.

Day 3: Dalat - Lak Lake –Buon Me Thuot (B/L/D)

In the morning we leaving Dalat to visit Lak lake.
After lunch we visit Jun and Le villages of M’nong ethnic minority, taking a dugout canoe trip on Lak lake. Dinner and overnight in Buon Me Thuot.

Day 4: BuonMeThuot – Pleiku (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visitting Buon Don, Vua Voi tomb, Serepok bridge, take an elephant ride at Phu Cuong waterfall.
Lunch at the local restaurant. Transfer to Pleiku. Hotel checks in and overnight in a hotel at Pleiku.

Day 5: Pleiku - Kontum – Pleiku (B/L)

After breakfast, we visit Pleiphun village of Jarai ethnic minority and continue to Kontum for lunch and visit Wooden Church, Kontum seminary and Konklor suspension bridge. Driving to Kondong to visit Dektu village of the Bahnar ethnic minority with the folk music and dancing show. Overnight in Pleiku.
